Payments and Payables (Partial)

Hello Worshipfuls and Brethren,

        Here is a list of things I've paid last week because they were important and could not wait.

                                                        

Franchise Tax Board       $266.72     (Accumulating high interest and penalties)

Golden State Elevator       344.32     (They were about to send this to legal)

CLMG Mortgage           3,000.00    (Money from Capital Campaign paid directly towards our mortgage)

Total                             $3611.04

Our current balance in the bank is $700.59

The items below are a few things we could pay that are past due among other things.

                                                          Due Date

AT&T                            $142.21         04/08

The Gas Company            177.68         03/22

LA DWP                       1,676.53         04/09

I think we should pay the Gas Company Definitely. 

The LA DWP $848.61 is due now disconnect notice soon to follow and $827.92 is due 04/09/13. 

AT&T could maybe wait another week.

I say we at least pay the Gas Company. Let me know if you have any suggestions, objections or questions.

Thank you for compiling this informative email. I am on-board with your suggestion of paying the gas bill. Especially since we just reconnected the service not too long ago.

We should also pay the AT&T bill. The last thing we need is to lose any potential renters or tenants. We should also ask the brothers to contribute to the building life support fund and we should also reach into our own pockets to help support our building. As members of the temple board we need to set an example for the rest of the brethren. So please make sure to bring some cash or your check books with you today.
