Hello Worshipfuls and Brethren,

        Here is a list of things I've paid ten days ago as we agreed that we pay the AT&T and The Gas Company.

The Gas Company            177.68 

Our current balance in the bank is $965.70

The item below is one of many that needs urgent care.

The past due amount is $848.61 and current charges are $827.92 which were due 04/09/13. Disconnect notice has been received. We should at least pay the past due amount so I can try to see if I can get an extension on the current charges.

Other bills that need urgent care are property taxes, mortgage payment and Grand Lodge Insurance among other bills.

The Second Installment of the property taxes are due plus late charges and fees.

Grand Lodge Insurance Renewal Quote was received in a Letter Dated April 10, 2013 for the amount of $7,626.00. Add this to the $6,860.00 from last year and we owe $14486.00 on insurance alone.

I received a letter from CLMG they want Proof of Insurance. 

Also, it is urgent that we at least make one or two payment to CLMG. We are behind four payments. This is really not a joke. We owe them $11664.00. This keeps me awake at nights. I don't know about you?

We have come a log way but we need to pick up the pace and move faster. The bills keep piling up and we need to catch up with them. We need to make about $6000.00 a month to be able to pay all of our bills and stay current. Right now we are making about $1,550.00 a month including rent from AA, Vallee De France, Cinema Grotto and the Lodge. The Life Support Fund Contributions are a significant amount of help in paying our bills, but we need to think of a better solution. Last but not least, we have also received a significant amount from the Capital Campaign about $5,500.00 so far. 

I'm sure you have a headache by now as I do, but it was an issue that needed to be addressed and a reminder that we need to catch up.
