Armen,

Thank you for sending this document over. I have a few questions and I hope by asking them this does not slow the process down as we need to get this out PGDQ.

Section 5 - 5.1 - What is Agreed Commission? Where is the commission attachment?
Section 5 - 5.1 (b) What is the commission on the property if it is leased?
Section 5 - 5.1 (c) Should we be concern about the the pending historical status of the building? If by some remote chance the building gains historical status how will this impact (c).

While I have not had a chance to review the document, two of these questions
I asked at the meeting yesterday.

The commission for selling the building is 6%
The possible historical designation was not an issue for them when I
mentioned it.

Once I have all other questions from board members, I will put it into a
master list and forward it to the broker for answers.
