Good Evening,  Here are the updated escrow and loan docs for review. The title report that is attached is for one parcel;  I have requested an updated title report to include the vacant parcel 2353-002-017 and will forward upon my receipt.  Please note there is an SBA loan that has not been released.  I will need any paperwork you have that indicates the loan is being paid monthly or has been paid in full.  Please let me know if you have any questions - I appreciate the opportunity to be of service and look forward to hearing from you.  Thank you.
