Greetings Brethren,

One of the requirements of the Grand Lodge for the selling of the building is that we have an updated appraisal. I believe Worshipful RJ Comer paid an appraiser $5000 to do our last appraisal. I have found a licensed commercial appraiser and I negotiated his price down to $2200. He will be able to do the appraisal tomorrow morning. Time is of the essence, this is why I am asking the board to reply to this email so we can have the appraiser paid tomorrow. We will be asking Worshipful Martin for 2 months of rent in advance so the temple board can have the money to pay the appraiser. Please reply to this email no later then 8:00 pm tonight.
