Dear Ms Sarah Li,

        We are still in the same situation. We are behind on payments and trying to catch up. The good news is we have made progress, but there is still a lot of work that need to get done. We have caught up with our property taxes, and we are catching up with our mortgage that is still behind two payments. The insurance payment is 3rd in the list of priority in payments (1.Taxes, 2.Mortgage, 3.Insurance) and we will get to it soon. I notified the board of your request when I received this email, but since we did not have a quorum on our last meeting not much was discussed. We will discuss it further at our next meeting so we can come up with a solution to pay the premium we owe to Grand Lodge.
