Greetings fellow board members:

We need to convene for a special meeting next week to allow for a commercial capital company to present us with a few options in regards to our building. They feel that during the day would work best. Please email me your availability for a daytime meeting next week.

Noon - 1pm will usually work best for me. I'll take my lunch around the time of the meeting and barring any special meetings at the office that time will be the easiest for me to attend.
