Fellow Board members,

Here is the brochure design that was prepared by Brother Bill O'Brien. We need a few guys who are willing and able to visit local vendors and drop-off a few copies of the brochure and make some solid business contacts in the community relation to event rentals. I have asked Brother Omar to compile a list of possible partners/vendors for this purpose.

Any volunteers?
