Having trouble creating GCE instance of nogotofail

I am trying to create a GCE instance of nogotofail using this document and this article. I have been facing trouble running the setup script. Following are some issues

1. OpenVpn bundled with that repo doesn't work. So had to install separate openVpn server using the article above.

2. DNS Masq fails to build with error provided in the file attached below.

Can you please help me resolve this issue? Is there any updated build script ?
