Happy New Year! We are very pleased to release the attached document titled, “City of Baltimore: Initial Recommendations for the Zoning Code Rewrite”  This document is the culmination of almost the Zoning Code Diagnosis, Working group and other meetings as well as observations and interviews.  It was produced by our planning and Zoning consultant team led by Camiros LTD from Chicago.

 

We hope to have numerous public presentations and discussions of this report during February but we wanted to get the document out now for those who have attended previous meetings or otherwise expressed interest in the Zoning Code Re-write.
