Did you know that besides calling the 311 One Call Center to request City services, you can also use the Baltimore City website and 311 Online?  Choose 311 Online under Citizen Services on the City’s home page, then follow the simple directions to enter your request.  While you’re there, you can check on the status of a previously submitted request by clicking the link to the 311 Service Request Status Lookup page.  Just enter your tracking number in the space provided, click the search button, and we’ll display the details of that request, including the status, status date, and outcome.

Thank You for using 311 Online!!

Thanks Lorrie, BIG help on seeing if anything done with complaint.

Also remember, you DO NOT have to leave personal information with the
311 on line. It will remind you to fill in personal info but you can
click on "SUBMIT" anyway to get your tracking number. This is good for
people worried that someone will find out who put in the possible
violation notice or issue and don't use it because of this.
So if a property is in violation you do not have to be worried about
reporting it to clean up this city. HARBEL, NOGLI and your
Neighborhood associations are improving and cleaning this area up and
now you can help too without the dread.
