spam on this site

Does anyone receive spam/scam from "Canadian-Pharmacy". I have had it in my "Nogli" junk box for quite a while and have sent several message sources to my server. Unfortunately, the sender's name is different each time, making it difficult to pin him/her down. Can anyone stop this pest from reaching our junk boxes?

I am not either.  Could be a spammer who has mimicked the nogli address.
