Traffic Advisory Contact: Adrienne Barnes              Kathy Chopper              (410) 361-9296   FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Friday, October 07, 2011 Traffic Modifications for the Morgan State Homecoming Parade     The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary street closures in effect for the Morgan State Homecoming Parade which will be held on Saturday, October 08, 2011.   The parade will begin at 9:00 a.m. from The Alameda and Chinquapin Parkway and will proceed south on The Alameda, east on Cold Spring Lane and south on Hillen Road where it will disband.
