NOGA Administrator and Jubilee project

Hi Jane and Angella,

There is an S6 vacist who would like to be NOGA Administrator. She has also offered to make the quarterly enews letter.  Her name is Joanita Anena.  If we still need the services of an administrator and I will ask her to get in touch with you. 

About the NOGA jubilee projects, should we ask sister to provide someone to work out what needs to be done RE painting and fixing paths and then give us the quotation or will NOGA have to provide this person also?  I know a good painter - paints my parents' school we could contact him as NOGA
