Owing to the good attendance on Saturday we proposed to shift the meeting date to Saturdays. Do we put this to vote (again?) Our previous agreement to hold the meetings on Tuesdays seems to have been disproved - weekday meetings are neither well attended nor do they begin on time.

I would like to thank all the committee members that were able to attend yesterday's meeting. There were 7 members in attendance, much better than the Tuesday attendance. Here is a summary of what we discussed. Details of the meeting will be in the minutes to be circulated by Wednesday May 27

Dear Helen,

Greetings. It has been brought to my attention that there is a student in Namagunga who qualified for the maths contest in Thailand but is not able to go because of lack of funds. The child needs USD 2000 to meet ticket and upkeep costs. Is it possible to do a fundraising drive among the OGs to assist?? If there are some OGs who work with airlines can we engage them to help.
