Hey ladies!
First off, we had such a solid weekend of Ultimate in Chico!! I am SO proud of everyone for playing their hearts out and killing it in every game we played. I saw such an improvement in every single one of you! Tonight we are going to have a night off from practice, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't do anything active! I expect everyone to go on at least a small run for the next two days to stretch their legs and stay in shape. We are meeting at Pub N Sub (10th st. and Ralston), which is right next to campus, for half price pizza! Lets meet at 7pm, and everyone on the team should come.
Ok, I'll see you all tonight for pizza!
