Problems with "Nodester app init <name>"

I am being asked for a password during this step of the sample. I am
not sure which password it is looking for. I have tried my account
password, my git password and my local password. When the tries
exceed 3 it shows that everything worked but the app is corrupt on the
nodester site. I can see it in the admin panel. However if I try to
start it, it responds with "failure".

Anyone have any suggestions.

Well I solved my own issue.

I did not have my key setup properly. I needed to copy the both the public and private keys into the .ssh folder and then resend my credentials and key info.

I still don't know what password the previous setup was looking for, and I don't think it would matter if I got it right. I do think that it was a bug that I received a response from the server implying that everything was ok.
