appdomain remove do not respond

tried to remove domain from the app, but got this:

```

please, re-assign `noformnocontent.com` and `www.noformnocontent.com` to the app called `nn`

or just remove them manually form your register and i'll re-add 'em later

ok, i was able to fix the problem with curl'in around and stop+start app (default restart after domain adding wasn't enough)
