Teambox is growing a lot and its time for us to scale our architecture!

We need engineers who solve problems in a pragmatic way and provide solid long term solutions.

## Are you a good fit for Teambox?

You are lazy. You automatize everything you do.

You are organized. You document as you go.

You are meticulous. (So you can sleep at night without worrying that a server might crash)

You are fun. And possibly a little crazy.

 **You master:**

**Bonus points for experience with:**

  - Sphinx

  - Puppet

  - Monit

  - Unicorn

  - Capistrano

  - node.js

  - Nagios

  - Ganglia

We don't mind if you don't have experience with all the technologies.

Having a can-do attitude is as important: You like learning and you are excited to solve a problems you've never faced before.
