file downloading from browser

I am developing a offline app which is displaying videos

When I start a app it will reading entire video files and storing in indexedDB.

if suppose downloading is stop cos of if any error like net disconnect.

I would like to download the file from where it was stopped, not from the beginning.

can anyone help me on this.
