Need Help socket.io from other server

I have the server on a different machine where as the HTML clients are ona different server. Now to make that work to have that line working <script>socket.io/socket.io.js</script>
What are the files/folder my client web appkixatuon must have from node_module folder socket.io?

The cleint app is a php application on Apache server
