Can anyone point me in the correct direction please.

I am looking for a node.js based download manager I can use in my project.

The issue is that when searching, excluding the few outdated results that actually come up, it either shows links regarding downloading of node.js, or, package manager.

As the term I am using is what it is actually called, in this context, its not giving me what I need.

Is there any other terms I should be looking for, or, if anyone knows of a package/lib that may already incorporate/function in this capacity ?

Thanks !!

A download manager is usually a bunch of stuff around the core function of managing a network request. That's a pretty first class citizen in node -- the core http library, the request module, the wreck module, and a bunch of others all do that. The rest is writing a file, perhaps, which is just fs.createWriteStream. You can pipe one into the other.
