I've been working on something similar:


It, too, converts a lispy-type language to javascript (and can convert from javascript to the lispy language, as well)

I've got scheme-like define-syntax macros going - although I'm not sure how robust they are yet (let* was a real PITA to get right).   I guess you have more CL-style macros?
