raw-socket 1.3.0 now available

Hi All,

Version 1.3.0 of the raw-socket module has been published to npm.

This module has been updated to use the excellent Native Abstractions for Node module, which means it is now compatible with node versions 0.10.x and 0.12.x.

I don't believe I have broken anything, but I would suggest users of the module monitor after installing this release just in case, and please do let me know if you discover any issues.

The net-ping module which uses this module does not require a new release since the actual API exposed by the raw-socket module as not changed.
