Queue management with Express framework

Wanted to know if Express framework support persistent queue management or not.

If not then what are options ?

As far as I know, Express is a web routing framework, and has nothing to do with queue management. There is a separate Google group for Express where you could ask.

Have you searched npm or google?

Express is a web server framework.  Queue systems like node-resque exist for this
