Project Idea in Web

Hey guys, I am looking for a web project related to nodejs. Are there
are some issues that i can solve through my project?Or is there
opportunity where i can contribute node.js..? Can some one let me know
what are TODO things in this?
I am novice in this field..so having problem in deciding project
idea. So suggestions for project topics are welcomed.

Might be worth starting with the basics and writing some hello world servers using nodejs

If you want to do something really challenging, Node.js is still missing
a good datetime-handling module with good parser/formatter and
localization. Something along the lines of Python's dateutil. There are
some solution that offer one thing or another, but nothing that offers
everything.

I'd really like a stylus plugin for coda like the one Lew made for Coffeescript. 

That would be totally awesome and I'm sure a lot of front-end developers would greatly appreciate it :-D
