[ANN] iconv-lite v0.4 released: all widespread encodings, streaming & more

New features:

 * Chinese, Japanese, Korean encodings added. Now all widespread encodings are supported.

 * Streaming support for Node v0.10+

 * (optional) Extend Node primitives encodings (i.e. buf.toString('win1252'); )

 * Browserify support

Nice. What happens when an encoding error occurs? There's nothing in the docs. Right now with (old) iconv I have to wrap calls to convert() in try/catch. Is this the same?
