I've updated the module to use Native Abstractions for Node (NAN).

It appears to work on both 0.10 and 0.12 correctly.

This is the first module I've ported to use NAN, so if you do find any issues please let me know.

I am now porting the raw-socket module, which is used by net-ping, and will be releasing that once done.
