URGENT - DNS error on Nodechef side

Hi

One of my production databases is not accessible, due to what appears to be a DNS resolution issue at nodechef. I can't access the parse dash instance for this customer only and nothing on the frontend is working.

Error: getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN rdb-live-xxxxxxx-redis-xxxxx.nodechef.com
at GetAddrInfoReqWrap.onlookup [as oncomplete] (node:dns:107:26)

I have also raised a ticket.

Hi Ryan, same here on EU - west.
Are we the only two users who run production apps on NodeChef since no-one else seems to be worried about these platform wide outages? :D

It does feel that way sometimes!

I upgraded my support plan to developer to get a response and they have confirmed they are looking now.

Fingers crossed it's swift before the bulk of my users complain (i've already had some)

Hello, DNS related issue and should be resolved. We are still looking into this.
