Let's encrypt SSL certificates have not renewed

I am getting certificate errors on logger.vactrack.co.nz because the certs have not renewed.  Is there a way to manually trigger ?

Yes, you can manually trigger from App actions > ssl settings. Check that the domain list is valid and then click save changes. No changes are actually required to click the save changes button to trigger the creation of a new certificate.

ok thanks for that.  Why did the automatic renewal not occur ?
