Deployed project not visible in NodeChef dashboard

Hi NodeChef support team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m writing because my deployed project has suddenly disappeared from my NodeChef dashboard, even though my account is active and invoices are paid.

• Project / App name: horsesuite.app

• Environment / Stack: Node.js + MySQL

• Last time it was working: Last night (before this email)

• Issue:

  • When I log into my NodeChef account, I no longer see my deployed project in the dashboard.

  • The application was running correctly until yesterday.

  • My billing is up to date, and I haven’t requested any deletion or cancellation.

Could you please:

1. Confirm whether my project is still active on your side?

2. Let me know if there has been any suspension, migration, or change affecting my account or app visibility?

3. Restore access to the project in my dashboard, or let me know what steps I should follow to recover it?

This project is currently in use in production, so any help you can provide as soon as possible would be very much appreciated.
