Urgent - All Apps down

Hi

All of our apps are down currently and we have no access to the nidechef control panel as the whole website seems to be down. So I presume that is likely the cause, do you have any timeframes for this to be sorted?

ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID is the error on the nodechef site

I see the nodechef website is back but the apps are still down

I have App + MongoDB running just fine, but trying to connect to MongoDB from outside of NodeChef clusters gives certificate expired error. My app and DB are on EU-West.
I have opened a ticked with NodeChef.

Ryan please share your status as NodeChef team seems to reply only on US office hours.

Everything came back around 10am -ish, which was within 30 mins of their website ssl issues being fixed.

I believe NC is based in Canada?

Thanks for the update! I can now see that my MongoBD connections are also working again.

I'd still like an explanation as to why though, since it caused live customers to be down.
