Quick meeting. Update, PDX is doing great on sponsorship. Asked 4 companies in hopes of raising $500 total, ended up getting $500 from each. This will help them create an awesome event with plenty of hardware for all of their attendees to get their hands dirty and learn a ton.

Organizers should plan on finalizing their hardware orders. DShaw mentioned Amazon is a good last minute source, with fast shipping and access to many of the same basic electronic parts as the specialty retailers. The organizer's discount at Sparkfun is valid through the 20th to allow time for order fulfillment.

I still have some more stickers unaccounted for ( http://i.imgur.com/2BgijkJ.png ) - I'm offering a pack of them to any of the organizers to distribute should you choose. Email me a mailing address so I can get them sent out in time for the 27th.

We'll have another Organizer's meeting next Sunday at 6pm Pacific time to go over any last minute preparations.
