New Events

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to give you a heads up on some changes to adding new events to our organization. We've moved some stuff around in our github repo and it should make it a bit easier to get started and it will provide some checklists you can use. Adding your event to the repo will allow us to pool our resources to get better sponsorship deals and help people discover our events more easily.

As part of this I added NYC and Boston, and filled in the already registered Norfolk, Tokyo and Houston. 

Chicago, LA, and Seattle, please head over to the repo and add yourself to the list!

Part of the work that went into organizing the repo was going through past years, and I got to say. We are an impressive bunch of people, the amount of events and the number of people we've taught make me really happy. It's good stuff.
