docs: clarify nwdisable vs nwfaketop usage (#8285)

nwdisable alone is sufficient to block Node.js APIs in iframes.
nwfaketop is only needed to hide window.parent/top, and breaks
postMessage. Updated docs to prevent users from adding nwfaketop
unnecessarily.
