i am trying to establish Secure Communication between tedious driver and Sql server. I dont know how to start i just created test certificates from openssl

i am trying to establish Secure Communication between tedious driver and Sql server. I dont know how to start i just created test certificates from openssl and i configured that in sql configuration manager and i enabled force encryption to true .its not working
