Hey folks, hoping someone might have come across this before and have a solution before I start dusting off my Angular notes and writing a custom widget.

I want to add multiple sliders in a group on my dashboard and have the sliders aligned (I like neatness) even if the labels are of varying length.

Here's what it currently looks like:

Ideally all of the sliders would be aligned to start at the red line (added for illustration). Is this possible without either editing the code or using a template node?

Probably not but when you fix it a pull request would likely be accepted.

The widgets are independent of each other so the size of one has no effect on the others. So short answer... no it's not possible.

Thanks for the quick reply guys, just started playing with this a few hours ago and already impressed. This particular issue isn't high on my list of priorities at the moment but if I do come up with a solution I'll be sure to share.

Thanks, as usual there are many compromises between simplicity to keep it easy for beginners and folk who just want something that works... and being able to tweak everything, which may lead to too many confusing options. But yes the fine line between them is always moving.

A workaround for this would be to move the labels to their own text widgets alongside each slider widget:

Sometimes simpler is better :) Thanks Nick, ended up going with this approach.
