If, like me, you've either not got to this one or couldn't quite make it out, I recommend trying it.

It implements a very comprehensive visualisation UI that is used in a home automation system (German).

Only played with the demo settings listed in gtihub but I'm very impressed. Really nice interface for my own HA exploration.

Yes - does look good. Not had a chance to try it out yet - but it looks very capable.

Very interesting. I was building something similar with malhar-dashboard and this might come handy. Thanks for sharing.

If possible if you could post an example flow, maybe a button in the node-red-vis dash and when i click it I see in the debug pane the value...and maybe also that you send some value and display it in the node-red-vis..

I want this node-red-vis because its possible to make a LCARS dashboard :D.

Hi Macro, that was from a VERY long time ago! 

I gave up on Vis as it was too slow and had too many issues. Afraid I've not tried it again. 

These days I use Dashboard or bespoke pages for general UI's or small charts and Grafana for high-quality, high-volume charts either via InfluxDB or via Telegraf.

None of which really helps you produce an LCARS type display I'm afraid.

I don't see any docs how to connect the two and I don't have enough knowledge to know how to connect the two by looking at the source code.

The vis-ui part works good, I could create a LCARS UI nicely, but the problem is if I press a button in that UI nothing is passed to the debug node in node-red.
There must be some other "trick" .

Sorry Marko, I took a quick look but it seems that Vis has changed a LOT and now seems tied to ioBroker.

Actually i figured it out somewhat, but I still have problems...like toggle switch toggles just in one-way :). Not back to old value...
