platform: Raspberry pi 2 model B

Here is the background. I create a bunch of nodes with some sub flows and then selected all the nodes and exported them. Then I deleted all the nodes and started creating a new flow. Suddenly i start getting the message that some nodes  have not been configured.   But, I've never used them.

So now I have an empty workspace that gives me this warning when I try to deploy:

The workspace contains some unused configuration nodes:
   mqtt-broker: 192.168.0.88:1883
   serial-port: /dev/ttyACM0:19200-8N1
   twitter-credentials: @zenofmud
Are you sure you want to deploy?

Is there a way to reset the workspace without having to reformat my SD card and start a fresh?

If you select the 'configuration nodes' option from the drop down menu, youll see a list of the config nodes lurking in the background that it's warning you about. Double click to open their edit dialogue and hit delete.

More generally, when node-red starts it logs the name of the flow file it is using. You can delete that file and restart node-red to get back to a clean state.
