I've just kick started with Node Red, and I'm having this concern on giving permissions to create flows or add nodes for different users.

I have already tried using the adminAuth which actually gives permission (* or read only)  to the editor plus whether the user can deploy flows or not.

What I'm asking is, is there a way to define a permission/setting for the user, to not be able to create new flows or add new nodes to the current flow?

Hope my question sounds clear. Any help could be appreciated.

Thanks.

If you give a user only 'read' permission, they can view the flows etc, but not deploy any changes.

Is that what you want? We don't support anything more granular where a user is only allowed to edit certain flows.

I was thinking about something similar. If I could have one tab that only I can see I could put my buttons for various tasks in there so others can view data on other tabs but cannot see the tab with controls and reset something.
