from node red flow to Node js application

Hi,

I want to migrate all of my node-red flow into a Nodejs application, I tried to look for the ways , i came across  this https://nodered.org/docs/creating-nodes/first-node ,however just package.json is not enough , some more understanding and examples would be helpful.

What makes you think that there is a way for you to convert a node-red flow to a stand alone node.js application?

Hi,

Node-RED doesn't do code generation - so there's no easy way to take a flow and get the node.js equivalent code.

You can embed the node-red runtime into your own node.js app - high-level docs for that are on the site. It really depends on what your requirements are.
