Scaling chart

I'm sure this will have been asked before but... I am feeding current and voltage into a Dashboard chart... lovely... but I need buttons to change scale... so normally it is 0-30v. I may want to zoom in by changing the upper limit from 30 to 5. Clearly you can set that in the chart.. but can you change that programmatically??
