Intermiitent "MongoError: not authorized on XXXX"

i am getting intermittent not authorized errors. we are using mon...@3.0.2 with ssl. It seems without ssl the apps work fine, but with ssl after sometime we start getting these error.s. Once we restart app this works fine.
