Apache commons lang3 - 3.1 vulnerability issue

Hi Team,

Can someone re-deploy the npm java library so that the latest version of apache commons gets deployed. There is a vulnerability in current version due to apache commons lang.

The fix version is : commons-lang3 - 3.18.0

We need quick help as it is a blocker for us.
