How can I configure end-point for Safari Web notification?

I am using apn for sending Safari Web Notifications. As you mentioned here https://github.com/node-apn/node-apn/issues/534, apn can be used for also Safari Web Notifications. Now, as per Apple Developer Document web server must communicate to gateway.push.apple.com, port 2195 in case of Safari Web Push Notifications. So question is how can I configure apn for "gateway.push.apple.com, port 2195"?
