Status 400, Topic Disallowed -- All of the sudden

So I have been testing my push notifications to my app the last few days via the node APN module... with all success.

Then suddenly last night I stopped receiving push notificiations to the app. For whatever reason the response comes 

back with a 400 error "TopicDisallowed". 

I haven't changed anything on my end.. configured a APNs Key on apple developer a month ago and have been using that.

Provider option is set to non-production... 

Not quite sure how to resolve this issue.. any thoughts?

Note* the original response from node apn was: {"sent":[{"device":"TOKEN"}],"failed":[]} with nothing in the failed array. I then proceeded to create a new APNs key here: https://developer.apple.com/account/ios/authkey/, which I then changed the Key ID and P8 file location. Once that was done I received the topic dissallowed...
