NODDI test dataset

Hi,

I completed the tutorial and I have all the files in output folder. But I am not sure how to view the content of the output, especially images. I appreciate your help.

Hi,

Did you follow through  all the steps?  If you had, you would have a set of NIfTI images that can view with any standard viewers.
