Problem with output dimensions

Dear all,

I have used NODDI, but have come across an issue:

- The DWI images I used had dimensions 140x140x92 with voxel size 1.5x1.5x1.5 mm but the output from NODDI although has the same dimensions, has a voxel size 1x1x1 mm. The input and output images do not overlap at all. I can convert the NODDI images into native diffusion space, but does anyone have any idea as to why this is happening?
