batch_fitting command is shutting down

Hello Experts,

I have been trying to run the following command

batch_fitting('roi.mat', protocol, noddi, 'FittedParams.mat', 4)

Unfortunately, it does not go through. It shows following error.
Starting parallel pool (parpool) using the 'local' profile ...
Connected to the parallel pool (number of workers: 4).
0 of voxels to fit
Elapsed time is 0.002168 seconds.
Parallel pool using the 'local' profile is shutting down.

Would it be possible to help me in this regard?

Hi Mamun,

The message "0 of voxels to fit" is telling you that the roi.mat file you created is completely empty.  So something has gone wrong with the creation of roi.mat.
