High FICVF in CSF

Dear all,

I have implemented NODDI to model diffusion data from healthy controls and Multiple Sclerosis patients. When looking at the FICVF map, I noticed that CSF presents high FICVF values, mainly approaching 0.8.

Should this be refered as noise? Or is there any other explanation?
